AutoNation Ford Amherst Service Center

From making my appointment then, working with Mary in Service, was a great experience. Mary, from the service center was very efficient and very attentive and let me know everything that was going on from start to finish and she did all that with a smile. I will definitely be bringing back my EV van for service from now on.

Derek and the rest of the staff at AutoNation Ford are always very professional and customer focused. The technician working on our car texted videos of some concerns that he found while inspecting the car. This was helpful to see and understand the needed maintenance. Overall great experience.

A very weird experience with my Ford C Max. I've gotten 2 answers to the issue one from the manager himself. And one from the mechanic that are completely polar opposites to each other, i think this is an amazing place to go. If you need worked done. That's an emergency. But I would not recommend for base situation is in. That's unusual

Amherst auto nation found the repair issue on the first app. They fixed the the issues 2nd appt. In 1 1/2 hours and my 2016 car sounds great, runs great. Kaitlin is 5 stars for friendly, quick response to the repairs. The dealership is clean and quick. They repaired what was needed and didn't over sell.

We had a great experience on our recent visit to AutoNation in Amherst, Ohio for service. . Our sales person Jesse went above and beyond to introduce us to Mary to set up our first oil change on our new Bronco Sport. Mary took it from there. She was awesome! Very customer focused, engaging and accommodating. She fit us into the service schedule on a Saturday on a timetable that worked for us. I can’t say enough good things about the time she took to explain my maintenance agreement to me and what I should expect on the current and future visits and a status report on my Ford Reward Points . Clearly customer service at its finest. Thanks to Mary and Jesse for accommodating our needs and providing the best customer service experience we’ve ever had at an Auto Dealership.
